Leading memorial park developer and total death care provider Forest Lake recently released its full 2022 financial report, calling 2022 its “most profitable year to date.”

The company reported a net income of P527.78 million for 2022, which posted a 12% increase compared to 2021. The company also reported an 18% increase of Php 1.83B to Php 2.17B in revenue with a 2% increase in expenses due to increased cost of goods & services.

According to Forest Lake Managing Director for Operations, Sales, and Marketing Alby Xerez-Burgos, this growth was due to a combination of a robust sales performance, new parks offered, and higher development completion rates.

“Forest Lake has always been investing in our people, our products, and the services we provide. Last year, which coincidentally was our 25th anniversary, our investments led to our most profitable year to date,” says Alby Xerez-Burgos.

New Parks

Recently, Forest Lake launched a new site in Tagum, Davao Del Norte. The successful launch of Forest Lake Tagum, a 13.1-hectare memorial park located in Nueva Ferza, paved the way for a solid revenue opportunity for the company’s partners and is considered as one of the fastest-selling projects of Forest Lake.

Besides this, Forest Lake is proud to announce the forthcoming opening of new memorial parks in Zamboanga City, Cadiz City in Negros Occidental, General Santos City, La Union, and  Davao City. These parks are anticipated to provide a serene space for remembrance and reflection. Forest Lake remains committed to crafting sacred spaces that uphold the dignity of our departed loved ones and provide comfort to their families during moments of remembrance.

Forest Lake President Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr. shares, “Forest Lake crossed many milestones in 2022. We look forward to more opportunities to expand and improve in the coming years.”
