The growing challenges posed by today’s rapidly evolving business landscape make it imperative for business leaders and executives to upskill themselves if they and their organizations are to remain relevant and successful.

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) offers an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) program that is specially designed for executives and senior managers to help them update their skills while they keep an active role in their respective companies. The 18-month program will provide executives with a better grasp of important issues, such as business disruptors and the application of strategic business models to both local and global environments.

“The Asian Institute of Management’s EMBA program is every C-Suite executive’s or aspiring executive’s answer to stay ahead of their competition – both in their professional careers and the companies they work for. Our EMBA not only fills knowledge gaps but also helps mold professionals to become versatile, agile, and effective business leaders who can competently tackle whatever field they choose,” said Prof. Raul Rodriguez, Academic Program Director of EMBA

Since AIM’s EMBA program is offered exclusively to seasoned professionals with 10 years of working experience or more, the cases, topics, and insights discussed in each session may be immediately applicable to work scenarios.  EMBA students also stand to gain a broader business perspective and professional network through their exposure and collaborative learning sessions with top-level colleagues from other industries. AIM takes pride in its unrivaled network of over 46,000 alumni across diverse industries in 79 countries to date.

“Those who join the EMBA program also have the invaluable opportunity to build strong connections and friendships across industries which will be highly advantageous to them during the course of their career. The batchmates they meet could become their allies in business in the future,” he added.

Students will master subjects on Leading Adaptively, Accounting for Decision Making, Data Visualization and Storytelling, Towards a DX (Digital Transformation), Strategy Formulation and Execution, International Competitive Strategy, Fintech, and conclude with a Strategy Report that addresses specific strategic issues of the student’s nominated company.

In order for EMBA students to manage school work and professional obligations, AIM is offering an option of attending classes face-to-face as well as online. Classes are held on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Executives and senior managers interested in enrolling in the April 2023 intake need an investment of USD 27,500 to join the program. Interested applicants can email admissions@aim.edu for inquiries.
