Mega Prime Foods, Inc. (MPFI) has announced the acquisition of select assets of Goldshine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (GPI). The milestone agreement adds Jimm’s Coffee Mix products to Mega Prime Food’s expensive portfolio.
Jimm’s Coffee Mix is a wholly Filipino brand with a 30year legacy of excellence and innovation.
A leader in the functional coffee brand category, Jimm’s Coffee Mix is known for providing
added ingredients, ginseng, agaricus mushroom and korean ginseng, that have health benefits.
MPFI, the largest subsidiary of Mega Global Holdings., is the company behind Mega Sardines,
Mega Mackerel, Mega Tuna, Mega Prime and Primo Sparkling Juice. The acquisition is the
company’s first foray into the powdered drinks category. A testament to Mega Prime Food’s
purpose of creating brands that bring pride to Filipinos worldwide, the development is part of
MPFI’s growth ambition for the next five years.
